Our gym basics class is targeted at new members, but existing members are welcome! This class is offered on the first Saturday of every month. You'll learn your way around the gym, how to use the different machines, and basic form on all the major lifts.  You'll also get to know some of the staff and trainers!

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve a great workout

Revelation Wellness CardioFusion: one hour interactive, high-energy cardio class that incorporates kickboxing, mobility, drumstick fitness, circuit training, stretch, and meditation for a dynamic full-body workout

Intro to kickboxing is a safe, 1 hour peek into the world of combat sports, for all fitness levels. It is a limited contact learning ground where you can safely develop fundamentals. Broken up into three 20 minute phases it is equal parts conditioning, instruction and live drilling.
