Lauren has been working within the fitness arena for the past 4 years. She has her personal training license and fitness nutrition certification through the National Academy of Sport Medicine.

Our gym basics class is targeted at new members, but existing members are welcome! This class is offered on the first Saturday of every month. You'll learn your way around the gym, how to use the different machines, and basic form on all the major lifts. You'll also get to know some of the staff and trainers!

Intro to Kickboxing

Intro to kickboxing is a safe, 1 hour peek into the world of combat sports, for all fitness levels. It is a limited contact learning ground where you can safely develop fundamentals. Broken up into three 20 minute phases it is equal parts conditioning, instruction and live drilling.
